Guitarist Orianthi Panagaris
is paving a way of her own

Orianthi Panagaris has already played for and with many legends and kings of music. Now it is time for her to take the stage and show her own special talent.

After performing with Carrie Underwood at the 2009 Grammy Awards is when she was approached by Michael Jackson to perform in his "This Is It" tour band. As we all know that tour would never take place. Orianthi went on to say that , "Working with Michel Jackson was a life-changing experience that she will never forget" Growing up in Adelaide, Australia; Orianthi Panagaris would listen to her greek fathers record collection of many popular american guitarist. She would grow to love Eric Clapton, Santana, Cream and Jimi Hendrix. As a child of the 80's she would also listen to Van Halen, Def Leopard and Whitesnake. Because her father was in a greek band he had plenty of instruments around the house. Soon Orianthi would strum her fist chord and began to master the guitar.

Carlos Santana was a big influence in her guitar playing. At the age of 11 she would listen to his solos and began to learn them note for note. At the age of 18, a chance meeting with Santana turned into an opportunity for her to jam with him which turned into an invitation to perform on stage with him that evening. Since then she has toured and performed with ZZ Top, Steve Vai and Prince.
